  • 2-3, garlic cloves

  • 2, medium carrots (sliced)
  • A cup of tomatoes (chunks) and kale leaves
  • 6, cups chicken stock
  • 4, chicken thighs
  • 4-5, cups of water
  • A cup each: chopped broccoli and chopped cauliflower
  • A cup chopped purple cabbage and sliced green beans
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Pour the olive oil in a pot at medium heat and fry onions and garlic cloves in it for 3 minutes until the onions become transparent.
  2. Then add carrots, sliced tomatoes, kale leaves, and the chicken into the pot while adding the water and stirring them well.
  3. Put the chicken thighs in the pot and let them boil for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Now add chopped broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and green and cook them for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Check if the vegetables and chicken are perfectly cooked.
  6. Remove the thighs and shred them into the soup back into the pot.
  7. Add the salt and pepper seasonings as your tastebuds demand.

In France 1679, Denis Pepin designed the first boiler made up of wrought iron, which after turned into steel after further realizations that steel has more advantages of high pressure and temperature.
